ServoPul Technology

Kent Pultrusion’s ServoPul machines introduce Servo Motor and Drive Technology to control pulling and clamping forces and register monitored feedback to the operating system.

ServoPul 1000 Series

The ServoPul 1000 Series is perfect for companies ranging from startups with lighter production specifications all the way up to today’s industry standard pultruded profiles, including thin and heavy walled structural shapes. Pulling window and pulling and clamping forces can all be customized according to customer specifications.
ServoPul 2000 Series

Designed to accommodate increased power needs for larger structural profiles, the ServoPul 2000 Series is customized to provide more pulling and clamping force along with added pulling window width and super structural support for the die. Optional dual lane cut to length saw for increased efficiency in multiple cavity production.
ServoPul CS Series

Kent Pultrusion’s “Custom ServoPul” Series machines are designed to accommodate everything from advanced polyurethane resin applications to electrical grade pultruded sheet and heavy walled large structural profiles. Kent Pultrusion’s engineers work closely with the customer in every facet of design to provide a finished machine dialed and tuned exactly to customer specifications.

  Interactive HMI Touchscreen:

        Interactive Touchscreen PLC Controls for machine operation, maintenance, troubleshooting and adjustment of parameters

  Die Mounting System:

        Allows the operator to position the die side to side or above or below product center line

  Servo Motor with Zero Backlash Couplings:

        Servo/Lead Screw combination eliminates snap back allowing for a precisely tuned end product

  Servo Controlled Clamping and Pulling:

         Servos control pulling speed and clamping while the line is interfaced with the HMI

  Servo Drives and Modem Connection:

        Servo Drives monitor line pulling and clamping forces. Ethernet and Modem connection allows Kent Pultrusion to monitor machine functions

  Safety Interlocks:

        Safety Guard Interlock Switched initiate machine shutdown. Clamping will immediately disengage

  Flying Cut-Off Saw:

        Travels and cuts at product line speed. Vented for dust evacuation to plant dust collection system
